2025 Star Student Scholarship Recipient:

We are honored to announce Savannah Trejo, a Senior at Auburn High School, as the recipient of the 2025 Star Student Scholarship, proudly presented by King Honda Car World. Savannah is an exceptional student currently enrolled in Auburn High’s Health Science Internship program, where she is completing a 36-week hospital rotation. She plans to use this experience to pursue a career in the U.S. Army and later become a medical doctor. Savannah is not only academically driven, she is also deeply involved in her community. She serves as a Lee County Young Leader and is a proud member of both the National Honor Society and the Career and Technical Honor Society. This week we’re proud to recognize Cameron Patterson, a 7th grader at The Oaks! Cam is a quiet, kind, and intelligent young man who loves reading, enjoys playing video games, and recently won his school’s 6–8 writing competition—congratulations! He hopes to become a child psychologist one day and already shows a caring heart by helping his mom and dad with his little brother. We’re honored to celebrate such an outstanding young member of our community!
