What is Covered:

1. Breakdown Benefit: We will pay or reimburse you for reasonable costs to repair or replace any breakdown of a part listed in Section 5 of this Limited Warranty as a covered component, less any deductible, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Limited Warranty. Replacement parts may be new, remanufactured, or replacement parts of like kind and quality, as determined by us.

2. Towing Benefit: In the event your vehicle incurs a breakdown covered by this Limited Warranty and is disabled, we will pay or reimburse you for receipted towing expenses from a commercial towing service up to $100.00 per occurrence. Any payment shall be for actual towing charges in excess of any applicable reimbursement from the manufacturer or any other towing or road service coverage. No deductible will apply to this benefit.

Covered Components:

1. Engine: All lubricated components and piston, cylinder heads, oil pump, crankshaft, equipment drive shaft, camshaft, balance shaft, and engine block (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

2. Manual Transmission: Transfer case components, all lubricated components, gears and shaft, and case (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

3. Axle Assembly: All lubricated components and axles and bearings, thrust washers, and drive axle housing (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).

4. Automatic Transmission: Transfer case components, all lubricated components, torque converter, and case (but only if damaged as a direct result of a mechanical failure of a covered component).
